I had booked a domestic hotel from Yatra application and the booking was done on 14th December 2020 and for the date of check in was on 15th December 2020. The payment was taken from my bank account and it was paid but I dint get any confirmation messages or emails regarding the booking and I WANT THE REFUND BACK and I have also shared the invoice details below regarding the deduction. if this issue is not getting sorted I’m ready to file a higher level complain on the company...

    Yatra has given me the most horrific experience in recent times. I used to trust this company so much. My money Rs.4655 was debited on 9th November but no ticket was booked. The bank has already provided my details that the money was credited to yatra account but Yatra people do not care to reply to the emails..or pick up the calls..or provide any resolution.They are frauding their customers.

      1. Booked a return flight to USA in Jan 2020, which got cancelled because of Covid19.

      2. Flight Details : PNR : BVVTNB YATRA REFERENCE :[protected] PASSENGER : SUPRATIM BISWAS
      EMIRATES AIRWAYS DATE OF BOOKING : Jan 2, 2020
      Onward flight : May 14, 2020 # 04:30 # EK 501 Mumbai - Dubai; May14, 2020 # 09:55 # EK 229 Dubai - Seattle
      Return flight : Jul 13, 2020 # 17:15 # EK 230 Seattle - Dubai; Jul 14, 2020 # 21:55 # EK 500 Dubai - Mumbai

      3. My onward flight was cancelled by an email from emirates on March 26, 2020. Emirates asked me to contact my agent YATRA for travel voucher or refund.

      4. Contacted YATRA by several emails without response. On 04/12/2020, email response from Yatra is appended below.

      Dear Mr Supratim Biswas,
      Greetings from Yatra.com!
      This is in reference to your under booking reference number [protected].
      We would like to inform you that as per the updated circular of the Airline, you are eligible for the full refund.
      However the K3, YR tax will be non refundable. Hence, request you to share your consent to claim the refund from the airline.
      in case you require further assistance or clarification, please feel free to write us at [protected]@yatra.com. Alternatively, you can also respond on this e-mail.

      5. After receiving this email have sent 5-6 emails asking for the exact amount of refund and the mode it will be made. But there has been no response to any of the emails.
      6. THE COMPLAINT IS ABOUT THE LACK OF RESPONSE FROM YATRA AND INABILITY TO CONTACT THEM DIRECTLY THROUGH PHONE.

      WOULD LIKE TO GET THE REFUND AS SOON AS POSSIBLE SINCE EMIRATES HAS AGREED TO REFUND

              I booked two flights on 5th and 6th Nov 2020 respectively and cancelled on the same day for which the refund has not been initiated yet.                 We had made Indigo flight bookings for the first week of may 20 through Yatra.com. However due to Covid the flights were cancelled and on 11 Nov 20, Indigo has done full refund of booking to Yatra.com. Proof of refund is available on their website. However its been a month, we have not received any refund or response from Yatra.com. This is causing severe mental agony and we want to take stringent legal actions if not resolved.

                        I had booked 2 flights from yatra through their app. The flights were rescheduled by indigo airlines and I was entitled for full refund..the airlines credited full refund from their side and has asked to contact the agent flight was booked from...iv raised multiple complaints and mailed yatra but to no vain..it’s been more than 10 days but I’m still waiting for my refund..
                        The ref no of booking through yatra is[protected] and[protected]..
                        Please look into it and refund my amount immediately or else IL have to take up it with the consumer court because this is not the first time that yatra has done this to their customers.

                            I have booked hotel from yatra app using my UPI for Mysore on 13-15dec stay. I paid the money using my upi and money got deducted from the account but when I opened the app there is no confirmation happened for the same. Also there is no history shown for any failure or confirmation about the same booking. I called hotel staff but they told there is no booking made with respect to my name. Please help to check this. I already called them but they are closed due to COVID and I also escalated to the management but they are also sleeping nothing positive reply came from their end too.                               I booked flights on 3rd Nov and 4th Nov from Yatra app and cancelled the flights on the same day. I got intimation email from Go Air and Indigo regarding the refund and also got the refund reference number from Yatra but the refund did not come yet. I have send 7-8 emails to Yatra support with no reply from them. Requesting you to kindly look into the matter.

                                Hello,
                                I had booked an IndiGo flight for 6th of December, 2020 using yatra website. The payment was done and the amount was debited from my respective account. However my booking was not confirmed on email or phone number neither did I receive any PNR as such case. I called up my bank to confirm whether the transaction was successful or not they confirmed that the transaction was successful from their end. I tried calling up YATRA'S customer care number it was of no use. I mailed them they replied me back with the automated mail. Kindly help me to take this issue to YATRA.

                                    Dear sir i booked a ticket from Jodhpur to raipur via delhi PNR TEYQIR my flight time is 15:45 from Jodhpur 16:55 reach delhi and 18:00 from delhi to raipur in vistara...but vistara change schedule of delhi to raipur flight from 18:00 to 16:25 but i rach delhi at 16:55 so i not able to attend flight so vistara cancelled my ticket and elegible me for full refund now my ticket is cancelled but...yatra.com have no customer care number and when i mail to them they said they have no information from vistara but actually the ticket is cancelled and they dont checking this and not providing me refund and not replying and mail help me

                                      Hello,
                                      I had booked a Spicejet flight for 23rd of December, 2020 using yatra website. The payment was done and the amount was debited from my respective account. However my booking was not confirmed neither did I receive any PNR as such case. I called up my bank to confirm whether the transaction was successful or not they confirmed that the transaction was successful from their end. I tried calling up YATRA'S customer care number it was of no use. I mailed them they replied me back with the automated mail. Kindly help me to take this issue to YATRA.

                                        I tried booking flight tickets from hyd to Bangalore using Yatra mobile application. Money got transferred from bank account to Yatra bank account. However no ticket has been booked. I tried raising concern in Yatra and mailed them. Did not receive any response. Want my money refunded as early as possible.
