We have booked flight from HDFC regalia where travel partner was Yatra on march 2020, due to covid flight got cancelled and airline refunded full amount to Yatra, but it's 5 month and Yatra haven't refunded back to us, they are not responding over mails, not reachable via phone, please help to get it resolved asap

      I tried booking a flight ticket from Kolkata to Jaipur for 6th September 2020 but the payment got deducted yet the ticket hasn't been sent by Yatra.com

        My flight was cancelled by indigo airline on 21st march and they processed a full refund from their end (I have proof of that). But yatra.com (Travel agency) is holding this refund for more than 3 months.

        Booking ref no[protected] for pnr redppl.

        I have registered my complaints with yatra.com many times to get a resolution. But, yatra.com is holding the money and not giving the refund.

        Whenever i am raising a complaint on their website, they are changing the status to resolved without giving any solution. It is mental harassment for me to follow up every day to get the refund.

        Based on my experience, i will advise others also to avoid yatra.com for travel booking.

          Dear Sir, I was booking the bus ticket through said website and was paying through Amazon UPI on 15th August 2020. My money was deducted two times but the ticket was not booked. While raised query through mail support got an id YA:26033894 but after that till date no any response got from them. The transaction proof is attached herewith for your reference and requesting you to help for refund.

                As per your above comments I have contacted Air India and they said they have refunded the full amount and also provided with the attached document. This is the last complain I am raising against my refund if not provide soon I will be forced to file an official complain in consumer court in jamshedpur.

                  I have booked the air ticket from Yatra App. i have received sms and communication that due to covid 19 / pandemic situation the amount will be in credit shell from both airlines till 28 feb 2021.

                  Details mentioned below
                  Spice Jet PNR number :UC8BMJ
                  GO AIr PNR Numnber :- BEP98B

                  Today i came to know from Spice Jet that refund was initiated from Yatra and a full amount of rs 9, 188/- has been credit to Yatra on 13th June 2020.

                  please confirm the following.

                  1. I have never asked for a refund of the amount. why it was initiated by you to spice jet for the refund.
                  2. When a refund of Rs 9, 188/- has been transferred to you by spice jet, why the amount has not been transferred to my account

                  3. What is the status of "Go Airlines" booking

                  Request you to please call me or reply me asap on the above points.

                      Initially we cancelled ticket to CHINA on May 19th.
                      Till 20th July they informed they filed with airlines but didn't received.

                      5th Aug i informed them, they got money from airlines on July 13 in full.

                      7th Aug yatra informed they will refund within 15 days.

                      Still no refund received.

                      Yatra is doing the trick to kill time, also they reply separately always breaking the mail chain.

                        I was booking a ticket from Yatra.com travel agency yesterday at 9:57pm from Vadodara to Pune through its yatra.com android application. and when it came time to make the payment I made the payment through phonepe app having transaction I'd P2008202157398490988714 of ruppes ₹1050.the given payment has been transferred to respective travel company but my ticket was not booked.and the given amount has been deducted from my bank account.

                          Airline has cancelled the flight and refunded full amount but Yatra has deducted 300 from that amount. In this pandemic time Yatra is harassing customers like this. When airline has not deducted any amount and refunded it fully why Yatra is deducting customer's hard earned money. They have illegally charging customers.

                            Indigo: pnr-ym44tg, my flight 6e 6376 from amd to ccu on 22aug2020 is cancelled by airline due to covid-19 travel restrictions. But i didn't received any refund from yatra.

                            So please need to verify and process my refund as soon as possible. Then i will reschedule alternate flight.

                              I booked two tickets from chandigarh to srinagar for dated 10th april 20 from yatra with reference number [protected] and pnr xj26fz. The flight got cancelled due to nationwide lockdown. I requested yatra to refund the money but they told me that it is not possible as airlines are not refunding the money. Airlines are creating credit shell to use the fund for upcoming travel. But i did not found any indigo flight from chandigarh to srinagar. Then i contacted indigo airline for refund as i was not able to use credit shell. Then they become agree for refund and airline refunded the money on 1st july 20. I have been following with yatra team since 1st july 20 for refund but they have refunded the money yet. 48 days are not a small time to process the refund if they really want to refund the money to customers.

The credit shell will be utilized to create a new booking for same passengers. The fare difference will be applicable (If any).                                     It’s me pratap narayan mishra
                                    My flight was cancelled because of covid-19 and immediately after receiving message from airlines, i applied for refund to airlines and to yatra also on first week of july.
                                    Yatra told me to wait 30-45 days and it’s been already 2 and half months and everytime i call them they say sir more 30-45 days and give me some excuses like your ticket is revised ticket, your ticket is not open ticket, you didn’t apply for refund etc. Like this.
                                    My friends who booked from same airlines but different booking site. And he cancelled ticket after me. But he got refund already on 20 july approximately. So it means it’s not airlines fault. It’s yatra’s fault. They are making excuses.
                                    I am mentioning 3 yatra’s reference no. Because i booked those tickets from my bank account
                                    Thats why i am claiming for those 3 tickets.
                                    Please try to get me refund as soon as possible.

                                      Hi, my name is ishak i booked cab kota to new delhi was on 11 aug 2020. As per t. C prebook amount 1076 rs debited my account but didn't get any cab confirmation. And didn't received any information from yatra. I raise complaint but no response. I need my money back. I attached details please look into it.

Please note, if payment has been made from a private bank, it will reflect in the same account within 2 to 3 working days and if payment has been made from public sector bank, it will take up to 7 working days for the credit to reflect in your account.
