Hi, i have booked my trip from delhi to dubai for the dates 12/4/2020 to 16/4/2020 and as a token money i h given amount of ₹10000 but due to the effect of corona virus i have to cancel my journey so when i contacted customer care they are not addressing my problem and said no amount will be refunded. Here i am cancelling my trip because of corona effect and this is a world wide problem. So yatra should understand the customer reason and should refund the money. My reference id is yh5896112

    I booked paris pkg from yatra.com
    At the time of visa yatra team not submitted my return detail. Just like flight tick or hotrl booking id... Boz of this my visa cancelled... I lose 35000 visa fees for 2+2 family

    It was 110% yatra team's fault..
    After so many follow up the give me different differnt reason every time... And not retunt my money... Worst service at all... Totally mental harassment after yatra booking

      Hi, I have booked my round trip from Hyderabad to Delhi for the dates 04/12/2020 to 04/17/2020. But due to the effect of Corona virus I have to cancel my journey so when I contacted customer care they are not addressing my problem and said no amount will be refunded. Here I am cancelling my trip because of Corona effect and this is a world wide problem. So Yatra should understand the customer reason and should refund the money.

Yatra takes 24 hours to process the refund, if payment has been made from a private bank, it will reflect in the same account within 2 to 3 working days and if payment has been made from public sector bank, it will take up to 7 working days for the credit to reflect in your account.

        They said that “here is an offer so irresistible! Book hotels in india with lowest price guarantee on yatra and if you happen to find a price lower than ours, we give you not equal but five times the difference in form o[censored]ser money and ecash. So, book with ease and stay with comfort!”
        But i got lower price from agoda.com, unfortunately i booked yatra.com and agoda,
        Yatra price: ₹ 3157.00
        Agoda price: ₹ 2987.77
        Kindly do a positive reply to this issue.

        We booked spicejet flight through yatra.com the flight is cancelled due to operational reason. Now yatra is giving us option to take refund but leave the convenience fees... Why should I pay this amount ?

          Please look into the matter ASAP as my booking was not registered but money deducted from debit card during online transaction. Probably because of some Network technical issue as I received the OTPs for validification of my registered phone (verified) and email an hour after the deduction.
          Instead of corresponding through email please contact (sms or call) me on my given phone number- [protected] as my mail isn't verified by yatra.com and I am clueess regarding how to fix the issue.

            Booked flight through Yatra flying from Delhi to shirdi and back. Airlines canceled the flight due to operational reasons and issued full refund on ticket price. however Yatra did not pay me back for the price of my ticket.
            Yatra only allows processing of cancellation through its website and there was no way reach a customer care person any way on the website. After much effort they refunded me Rs 10. Through their “ standard” online process.
            There is no way that this process allows the consumer to mention that the airline cancelled the flight ( thus no mistake of the traveler) and issued full refund for the ticket price- which Yatra refuses to pay back.

            What a mess ! How is such cheating allowed on the part of yatra?

              Hi team,

              While booking a ticket today (16th feb, 2020) from bangalore to varanasi, amount got debited from my scb bank account but tickets did not get generated. Could you please help me out, immediately.

              I want to book another ticket immediately, i am waiting for the refund or the update status.

              Is there any any timeline with in which it will be resolved, really pissed by the services provided by yatra, no response from the them. Please try to resolve this complaint on priority as i have to book another ticket, could you please fasten the process.

                I have booked bus from mumbai to shirdi on 09.02.2020 at 22.15hrs. I have provided bookings as per screenshot attached below. I was trying to contact operator from afternoon but contact details provided is incorrect and operator also not contacted me till i raise complaint through mail.

                The operator has contacted us at 22:36hrs on 9/02/2020 and sent massage at 22.55hrs. I was waited till 23.35hrs along with my pregnant wife and 3yrs old daughter. I have contacted the driver he said he is coming from shirdi it may take half an hour to reach the pick up point. This was very bad experience which i had using yatra.com
                Kindly make refund and please don't let other to experience the same.

                  I booked an airline ticket through yatra.com, and later changed the date of travel.

                  1st booking,
                  Indigo airlines,
                  Pnr no iwp24e for travel on 16th jan.

                  Date change request made on 12th jan for travel on same airline, same route, on 20th jan. New ticket issued with pnr no tkctkg

                  Yatra partially refunded rs. 8, 025 whereas indigo made a refund of 10, 600, yatra should refund me the balance approx 2600 rupees.

                    I had booked flight from Kolkata to Bangkok for 31/12/19 and canceled on 25/01/20.
                    My PNR no.is MCS5HL.
                    The booked flight company has already initiated the refund.I have already talked with the Airline representative.The initiation was done on 25/01/20..
                    How many days does it take to get the refund.It is already more than 10 working days.

                        Hi,

                        I am rupali phatak verified customer from yatra.com
                        I booked two flights from yatra portal and had an extremely terrible experience with that.

                        Now i am going to state both the problems and need to the refund asap.

                        1. Reference number:[protected]

                        There is no booking id given to me as when i was doing the payment the money got deducted from my account but no booking was made in return when earlier i contacted yatra for the same they claimed that the status was auto reversed you can check with your bank.
                        When contacted the bank they claimed that the money had been deducted. So you need to ask the company to provide you the refund.

                        The amount for the ticket was inr 5790/-

                        The booking was made on 30th september 2019 and till date i haven’t received any refund for it or call from the company.
                        I have attached the email received from the company.

                        2. Booking reference : xbqrgb
                        Booking id:[protected]

                        This ticket was booked on 30september 2019.
                        From jaipur to mangalore for 27th october 2019 (23:55 -6:35) indigo
                        A week prior to the date of flying from they send us a msg that due to unavailability of required number of passengers to fly from jaipur so therefore we are cancelling the flight and we are providing 3 options to choose the flight from without paying extra or you can cancel the complete ticket and book another ticket and within 5-7 working days you will get the refund.
                        Relying on this i canceled the ticket on 26th october 2019. I received a mail too that there will be no deductions and complete amount will be given back ie inr 5614/-
                        Again till date i haven’t received any refund.

                        What am i supposed to do?
                        A total of rs 11, 404 got wasted? Is it a small amount?
                        I don’t want any emails or anything i want my compensation it’s been 3 months now.

                        I want yatra to take action asap. Else i will have to take legal actions.

                          flight booking using google pay

                          I have booked a flight through yatra from patna to bangalore. The money was deducted but i did not receive the tickets.
                          Flight details:
                          Flight: indigo 6e-178
                          Travel date: feb 1, 2020
                          Travel time: 6:15 pm
                          Travel place: from patna to bangalore

                          The booking was done using google pay but i did not receive the ticket. I have already sent the email to yatra but i did not get a response from them....

                          I had booked a bus ticket for 16-jan-2020 from ballia to lucknow, booking reference is[protected]. Bus pnr: xalm[protected]. Operator pnr: xalm[protected]. Seat number: 22, 21. Bus departure time was 8pm. I cancled the ticket at 7.25pm when i canceled the ticket it had shown that your ticket cancled sussesfully and after that i emailed to company at 7.58 pm also. After 1 hour at 9pm yatra.com mailed me that you cancled your ticket after 8pm i. E. Departure time so company unable to refund your bus fare. I followed cancelation policy, cancled the bus ticket before 1hr5min according to rule it is responsibility of the company to return back my 85%fair.

                            First of all i make the flight booking from raipur to delhi n it wasn’t confirmed and the money has been deducted from my account and even i got a message from yatra as you can see in the pic above. Yatra said if your flight fare deducted will be reversed. I would really like to share the message yatra has been sent it to me but some how it failed. Please do contact as soon as possible. Let me know about my refund.

                            Yatra message mentioned that my bank isn’t responding for my response and even if there’s any payment deduct it will reversed automatically. That’s the reason why I booked my flight again and it confirmed.

                            We again tried calling you on the registered number but the call was still not answered, As you have done the same booking 2 times we have sent both the e tickets to the registered e mail address. Would recommend you to connect with the airlines with in 24 Hrs of the booking and request for cancellation with full refund as per DGCA guidelines and let us know once the duplicate booking is cancelled with the airlines for us to process your refund accordingly.

                              I have booked a trip with yatra in last week of december 2019 for bhutan. The agent told us that they will provide 4 star hotels and try send the email with all details mentioning 4 star hotel. As i believe in yatra i haven’t crossed check the hotel and booked the trip. Now they are saying that those hotels are actually 3 star as per yatra but 4 star as per google or other travel site. Now i feel cheated and i am looking for resolution from last 1 week but they are not replying or calling us.

                                      I raised this ticket to refund the fare difference as per the fare drop policy which you provide while booking flights details.

                                      Your customer care executives are simply asking for screenshots instead reading the complete mail, i have already provided all the required screenshots.

                                      I also have a suggestion, if you have my last booking reference number and you have your own system to check new fare why you need to have screenshot from customer to show that price is lower. Please improve your customer service instead of just frustrating customers. If you can't fulfill your policies then please dont provide such offers/discount.
