    Hello,

    We had made booking for Bangalore to Mumbai and Mumbai to Bangalore flight booking through yatra.com

    The amount has been deducted, but flight is not confirmed. We tried to reach customer care, but there is no option to connect.

      I have booked a flight ticket from ranchi to Hyderabad. Money got deducted from my SBI account but haven't received any ticket or mail from yatra. Please resolve this issue

        I tried to book travel tickets online on yatra.com on Nov 15, 2022. My credit card was debited for INR38881/- in first instance but tickets were not confirmed (ref no[protected]. I transferred this amount in ecash and tried booking tickets again but with same result (Ref:[protected].

        Kindly refund the amount lying in ecash as i booked the tickets with airlines directly.

          Hi,

          I am a new customer of Yatra.

          I recently booked one hotel named "Hotel Camelot" with my gift voucher from Yatra.
          Now due to some medical constraints I'll not be able to reach there and hence I had to cancel the trip today and the refund mode I chose was eCash.
          At the time of cancelling it showed that I would get 100% refund i.e 3870 Rs and the same information I have received in mail too which I'll add here as attachment.
          Now as refund I only got 870 Rs that which I made payment via bank.
          They are not returning the remaining 3000 Rs which I have paid via gift card by saying that the Gift Card is not refundable!
          Now the hell of a question is at the time of cancellation why they didn't show it up!

          And the second and most important thing is that the refund mode I selected was eCash. If for sometime I consider that the gift card was for only one time use then also they should not face any problem at the time of refunding as because I have selected the payment mode as eCash.

          Thirdly regarding this I contacted to my gift voucher issuing authority and they have clearly mentioned that the decision is of Yatra and in no way they are involved in these. If Yatra want to return the money they can definitely do that.

          And last but not the least the customer service team of Yatra is absolutely ridiculous. I have tried multiple times to reach to them via phone at the time of cancelling. But they are not at all responding.
          Kindly help me to get my 3000 Rs back.

            Hi team,

            I did a payment for a flight for which it was just showing loading but ticket did not book.

            I had to press back button anyhow and then it again showed the payment page(not paid). Payment status is successful.

            Please help.

                Kindly initiate the refund amount of 143300, which got debited on Yatra site for flight booking on 11 Nov. But there was no booking initiated or processed through Yatra nor details shared on the flight details to the email id - mahak.[protected]@gmail.com. Yatra has hold my amount for a non-confirmed booking since 72 hours. After sending repeated emails and contacting customer care also, they are not initiating the refund with an intention to levy cancellation charges. I want my full refund as the payment was processed by Yatra for a non confirmed booking.

                  I try to book flight ticket on 11 Nov 2022 but payment successful and debited from my account and tickets were not confirmed. I got a mail from them that they will contact the airline to reattempt booking. It’s been more than 48 hours now and still the booking is not confirmed. My travel date is in next 4 days so I can’t wait any longer for them to confirm the booking at the last moment. I am in Europe and can’t take a chance by waiting for last minute tickets comfirmation as I have limited visa. I wrote a mail today asking them not to confirm my booking now and process my refund but I did not receive any reply, so I want yatra to process my full refund on urgent basis as they were not able to confirm my booking and it’s been more than 48 hours.

                    Hi Yatra Team,

                    Kindly initiate the refund amount of 5543, which got debited on Yatra site for flight booking, today, 8 Nov. But there was no booking initiated or processed through Yatra nor details shared on the flight details to the email id - shoa.[protected]@ingka.ikea.com. I also checked with airlines, there was no booking and had to book the flight at the airport counter directly instead without YATRA involvement and pay again for the new ticket.

                    PAYMENT on Yatra site was processed through UPI for the amount - INR 5543. Sharing screenshot with trx ref number for your further action and refund initiation.

                        Dear Yatra,
                        Please refund the full amount for cancelled flight ticket from airline within 24 hours of booking from yatra Booking Ref No.[protected]. Airline has immediately processed the full amount. But, yatra even after 3 days shows that they have not received the amount. It is highly disappointing. Although yatra provide good offers but customer support is not good. No helpline no on website. Very bad experience.

                                I am Vishruth Kumar. I was booking a flight ticket for 5th December 2022, Ahmedabad to Bengaluru, in an Indigo airline.

                                After entering the OTP for debit card payment I got an error "oops, something went wrong" and I was taken back to payment page The booking amount got deducted from my account but i did not receive a booking confirmation.

                                Please look into it asap and send me the refund. I have written a mail to the support team (YA:[protected]. I am sharing the screenshot of the amount that got deducted from my account for the booking.

                                  I was booking an Indigo flight for 5th Dec 2022 (Ahmedabad to Bangalore, 9.00 AM). After entering the OTP for debit card payment, the Yatra app stated that "something went wrong" and brought me back to the payment page. But the amount was debited from my account (got the sms and checked the statement).

                                  Unfortunately yatra doesn't have customer care for domestic flights so I wrote mail to the customer support (YA:[protected].

                                  I demand for my refund. Kindly escalate this issue. Please find the screenshot of the bank confirmation for the payment proof in the attachment.

                                      Flight booking unconfirmed

                                      I've booked a round trip for 5 people from Chennai to Dubai for the period 22nd November, 2022 to 29th November, 2022. Apparently the money was deducted from my account but ticket status is reflecting as "Flight Booking unconfirmed" with PNR:[protected].                                       Dear Team,

                                      I booked 2 tickets on 3rd August from Bangalore for my parents under the booking reference number[protected]. Money got deducted from my bank account but the ticket was not booked and I received an email saying my refund has been processed from Yatra. Unfortunately, no refund has been received till date. Amount is Rs 7842/- I want my refund asap.
                                      My Service Request number is YA:33730349 & YA:32687735

                                      I have been continuously talking to Yatra support and they came back with an answer that they have processed the refund and I need to check with my bank. I checked with my bank with the Transaction reference number Yatra gave me and i got a response that this RRN is invalid and untraceable. They have wasted so much time already. I don't know what to do now.

                                      Please help asap to get my refund. I am continuously following up with Yatra for the past around 82 days and my problem is still not resolved. Every single time they say they will take 24/48 hours to resolve the query, but they come back saying we have processed the refund. I have forwarded all the email transactions to Yatra from my bank.

                                      This is extremely unfortunate for a company like Yatra to behave like this.

I literally went to my bank multiple times and they confirmed that the RRN number is not valid and untraceable. Even in your email, you have requested me to take a confirmation from my bank about the same, which I got it from my bank and I am attaching here for your reference.
                                      My bank has clearly told me that there is no such transaction with the Reference number you have sent. I am attaching both the emails - 1st email from you - highlighting the request from my bank and 2nd email from my bank confirming that the RRN is untraceable.
                                      I have no idea whats the holdup and for the past more than 80 days. Worst experience of my life.

                                      My Problem is still not resolved!!! When am i getting my refund back? My bank denied the transaction reference number you have given. Its wrong RRN u provided. Please see attached a confirmation email above as you requested.
