Hi Yatra Team,

Kindly initiate the refund amount of 5543, which got debited on Yatra site for flight booking, today, 8 Nov. But there was no booking initiated or processed through Yatra nor details shared on the flight details to the email id - shoa.[protected]@ingka.ikea.com. I also checked with airlines, there was no booking and had to book the flight at the airport counter directly instead without YATRA involvement and pay again for the new ticket.

PAYMENT on Yatra site was processed through UPI for the amount - INR 5543. Sharing screenshot with trx ref number for your further action and refund initiation.

    Hello I book flight ticket from yatra.com and choose payment mode as a UPI ID I paid full amount but in yatra website not showing payment received not confirmed ticket also but my amount is debited from account

      Dear Yatra,
      Please refund the full amount for cancelled flight ticket from airline within 24 hours of booking from yatra Booking Ref No.[protected]. Airline has immediately processed the full amount. But, yatra even after 3 days shows that they have not received the amount. It is highly disappointing. Although yatra provide good offers but customer support is not good. No helpline no on website. Very bad experience.

        Requesting you to please check and refund the full amount to the account number ending with ******8308 as I was booking a flight ticket of my friend from Guwahati to Pune of 13th Nov 2022 by the name "Patel Vinayak " on today's date i.e[protected] with UPI ID, However the amount got debited from my account for an INR6624/- at 3:24pm with UTR Number as[protected] but the flight did not got booked .

            Hi! I have booked a flight for two individuals for the 14th November’22 but inspite of getting a valid transaction ( attached image) I have not been able to find any sort of confirmation in my mail or messages even after 4 days.               I am Vishruth Kumar. I was booking a flight ticket for 5th December 2022, Ahmedabad to Bengaluru, in an Indigo airline.

              After entering the OTP for debit card payment I got an error "oops, something went wrong" and I was taken back to payment page The booking amount got deducted from my account but i did not receive a booking confirmation.

              Please look into it asap and send me the refund. I have written a mail to the support team (YA:[protected]. I am sharing the screenshot of the amount that got deducted from my account for the booking.

                I was booking an Indigo flight for 5th Dec 2022 (Ahmedabad to Bangalore, 9.00 AM). After entering the OTP for debit card payment, the Yatra app stated that "something went wrong" and brought me back to the payment page. But the amount was debited from my account (got the sms and checked the statement).

                Unfortunately yatra doesn't have customer care for domestic flights so I wrote mail to the customer support (YA:[protected].

                I demand for my refund. Kindly escalate this issue. Please find the screenshot of the bank confirmation for the payment proof in the attachment.

                    Flight booking unconfirmed

                    I've booked a round trip for 5 people from Chennai to Dubai for the period 22nd November, 2022 to 29th November, 2022. Apparently the money was deducted from my account but ticket status is reflecting as "Flight Booking unconfirmed" with PNR:[protected]. On going through the issue it was understood that this issue is common with yatra and they don't respond immediately where they mentioned in the mail that their customer care support will...

                    Dear Team,

                    I booked 2 tickets on 3rd August from Bangalore for my parents under the booking reference number[protected]. Money got deducted from my bank account but the ticket was not booked and I received an email saying my refund has been processed from Yatra. Unfortunately, no refund has been received till date. Amount is Rs 7842/- I want my refund asap.
                    My Service Request number is YA:33730349 & YA:32687735

                    I have been continuously talking to Yatra support and they came back with an answer that they have processed the refund and I need to check with my bank. I checked with my bank with the Transaction reference number Yatra gave me and i got a response that this RRN is invalid and untraceable. They have wasted so much time already. I don't know what to do now.

                    Please help asap to get my refund. I am continuously following up with Yatra for the past around 82 days and my problem is still not resolved. Every single time they say they will take 24/48 hours to resolve the query, but they come back saying we have processed the refund. I have forwarded all the email transactions to Yatra from my bank.

                    This is extremely unfortunate for a company like Yatra to behave like this.

                    Dear Team, Thank you so much for the providing the same response again and again. I literally went to my bank multiple times and they confirmed that the RRN number is not valid and untraceable. Even in your email, you have requested me to take a confirmation from my bank about the same, which I got it from my bank and I am attaching here for your reference.
                    My bank has clearly told me that there is no such transaction with the Reference number you have sent. I am attaching both the emails - 1st email from you - highlighting the request from my bank and 2nd email from my bank confirming that the RRN is untraceable.
                    I have no idea whats the holdup and for the past more than 80 days. Worst experience of my life.

                      I booked an Indigo flight from Yatra.com to be travelled on 22 October 2022 with one ETGD3U.
                      I cancelled my booking on 14october 2022 directly via Indigo and the status of refund on indigo site is they refunded the amount on 14 October to yatra.
                      Now when I checked with yatra they are saying that they haven’t received any refund yet.
                      I am attaching screenshot that I received from yatra saying we haven’t any refund and one screenshot from indigo saying that they refunded the amount.

                      Please solve the issue.

                        I have booked 4 tickets on the name of Mr. Ankush Bector, Mrs. Mamta Bector, Mr. Naksh Bector and Ms. Ishika Bector from yatra.com for Chandigarh to Mumbai, 5th November, 2022 Indigo flight. At first it shows a net amount of Rs. 33, 208 but when I click on pay payment it shows the flight's amount is increased by Rs. 840 and my payment is rejected and I haven't got any amount deduction message. Also I haven't got tickets or any confirmation mail for the same. So, I again did the payment with a new increased amount that is Rs. 34048 and I got tickets and confirmation mail with Airline PNR USEFNQ. But when I opened my net banking account it showed the amount was deducted from my account twice. I have attached the screenshot for the same. Kindly look into this matter as soon as possible and refund my money back to my account.

                          I booked flight tickets from Yatra.com and my money got deducted. From Axis bank. But no booking was done no booking ID nothing provided.
                          Customer care doesn’t work. Not one human to talk to.
                          My tickets were for Dehradun to Hyderabad.
                          I do not have money to book it again. So I want my refund immediately. And will use a different site. This is just pathetic

                            Reg the Booking ID[protected], I have booked the ticket on 25th July, 2022 for the Flight travel date on 3rd Sep.
                            I got the email confirmation from Yatra that ticket is confirmed with travel partner " Indigo". When i tried to webcheckin on the day of travel the Indigo travel site say there is no booking relevant to my PNR "QQVU8A". I reached out to Indigo customer care number and understood the booking is not received from Yatra and no payment received by them. I tried to reach out to Yatra customer care and it took hours to find the contact details over the site and finally managed to get an email id but no customer care number to get quick help. Unfortunately I didnt get a reply from Yatra though i have only 2 hours to begin my trip. I was waited without my tickets. Again I dont want to commit the same mistake in booking Yatra and booked to an alternate agency app. But ended up paying 1730 rs more compared to the day I booked the ticket the flight fare got increased. After numerous followup I got the money back for the booking charge originally with Yatra. But I requestesd claim for the additional charge incurred (1730 rs) in booking alternate tickets with last minute huzzle. But no response until now for the same and completely silence from Yatra. Rather I have received only default rellies from them in different chain of email from different people. Totally irritated because of the response.

                            I need my money back of 1730 rs additionally incurred in booking with alternate agency for my flight due to carelessness from Yatra.

                              I had booked a ticket with three passengers from delhi to katra through maheshwaram travels. After reaching at the boarding spot and on calling the bus operator at the provided number i was informed that no tickets were booked from my side and was not allowed to board the bus. I did not even see the bus at the given spot.

Today someone from yatra support called me and told that they will refund the money. Told me to follow the steps. After that 20000 got debited from my account. I didn't shared any account detail or otp or anything please help me in refunding this money as well.

                                  I followed the process and I submitted the refund amount to be credited to my account in 2-3 days for the amount of INR 12600 appx. However, once I submitted the request the Yatra website does not show any details of my refund rather they have this message displayed on my account.

                                  "Dear Kakali Som,
                                  Thank you for booking with Yatra.com
                                  We cannot find any refund initiation request for the reference number[protected].
                                  If you have cancelled the ticket directly via the airline or the airline has cancelled the flight, please go to 'My bookings', select your booking, and click on 'Claim Refund' to initiate a refund request.
                                  Once the refund is initiated, you will get an SMS and email about the refund details."

                                  Yatra is not reachable and does not bother to reply to emails sent. The customer care is a joke and it has been set up in a way that you run in circles not understanding where to get back your money from while the company defrauds its customers.

                                  Further, the private sector banks may take 2-3 working days and public sector banks may take 5-7 working days to credit the amount into your account

                                    The company failed to send invoice within 24 hours. It should have issued it immediately on booking. There is no phone number to contact. Pathetic platform. Charged higher fare than that of shown on airlines website. They are not providing invoice with full details of charges due to gap in fare and tax evasion methods

                                      Booked flight through Yatra but not confirmed

                                      I had booked a roundtrip flight from Hyd to Udaipur through Yatra. My money got deducted and I received an alert saying payment successful but booking not confirmed. It asked me to wait for 30mins and someone from Yatra was supposed to call me to resolve.
