Yatra Online / Yatratrip.in — 3 weeks gone and still no refund | |
I have tried to reach yatra dozen times. I got a reply only once and that too useless. Its been 3 weeks. I was supposed to get the refund by now but i didnt get it . Yatra reference number[protected] I have contacted the airlines and they did initiate the refund on 3rd July, why would it take this many days for refund...are you playing with customers emotion ? I saw 100s of customers complaining about this...i fed up with this . I had to write to you guys dozen times and still no refund Pls take this seriously or you wont have any customers left .
