[Resolved] Yatra Online / Yatratrip.in — airline is not allowing the baggage which is showing in ticket received from yatra | |||
I booked to-fro ticket from yatra of air india from dubai to delhi which is allowing luggage of 40 kg and hand baggage 7 kg from both sides as said from the ticket i got from yatra. But when i am coming back they restricted me to not carry 40 kg as ticket showed at air india counter saying 30 kg luggage to be allowed and they directly asked for 10kg luggage charge else they will not allow me to board the flight. When i told that my ticket (Which i got from yatra) is showing 40 kg then they said that is the problem with yatra not with airline. Airline will allow you to take 30 kg only. Booking refrence number=[protected] Date 10 june 2018 Flight - ai-995 delhi to dubai. At counters no one is giving proper answer and sending me from one counter to another to another. Sometimes custom office then counter. It was hell-est experience. I need a refund of this flight. I need a refund of all mental agony which i faced in those 3 hours. If you guys are not syncing with airlines then there is no use of getting a ticket from your portal. Just refund my delhi to dubai flight amount. i'll never book tickets from yatra from now onward.
You guys are making fool of common people. Its your problem that airline and your site is not synced then why people suffer from that. for proves of buggage weight i am sharing a screenshot from airline person desktop and the screenshot of ticket you sent to my mail id.
