Regret the inconvenience caused. Refund of INR 13, 368.00 was already initiated from our end on 07 Aug'15. Would request you to contact your bank who has issued the card through which payment was done and provide the ARN number which was provided to us by your bank. Refund details has been shared on your registered email ID with us. You can contact your bank's Grievance Cell in regards to refund not reflecting in your account.
