Yatra Online / Yatratrip.in — Refund of Cancelled Flight tickets | PNR 5H2FXF

This is in regard to the refund of cancelled flight of Vistara Airlines with PNR [protected]@FXF. Yatra has processed INR 6, 044 only on 20 April 2024. However, Vistara Airline has confirmed that a full refund has been processed of amount INR 45, 970 (Email attached). Yatra is not ready to refund the balance amount (INR 45, 970 – INR 6, 044 = INR 39, 926).

I have followed up with the travel desk for the last few days and have yet to receive confirmation from the same. Yatra has failed to commit a timeline for the refund.

Requesting Authorities to intervene and provide my full refund.
