Reference PNR: BEKM2K- ticket was cancelled by airlines due to Covid-19 pandemic. I had requested for refund on 2nd October 2020, subsequently I received a mail from Yatra stating that a credit shell will be generated which can be used for booking new tickets. As of today no credit shell has been generated nor the amount is refunded. I request yatra to act fast & do the needful as I need to book tickets urgently. The fares for my next booking are increasing everyday. In absence of a valid credit shell, I am not able to use the refunded amount resulting in financial loss due to delay in booking tickets for my next trip. Was this information helpful? | |

As cross checked, there is no credit shell available in the PNR, also we like to inform you that at present we have not received the refund of your flights from the Airlines.
