My bus from Haldwani to Delhi on 16th August was cancelled from the operator side. I was promised for a refund in 5-7 days, but no refund has been given. The operator (Fasttrack travels) has confirmed that they have already given to Yatra. But yatra is completely silent on this matter.
I have sent mails to all the email IDs mentioned in Yatra. Customer support is non-existent in Yatra. No way to reach them. No response to my mails. How is customer supposed to express grievance if all communications portal are locked and mails are not being replied to. Do we have to go to consumer court?
