I have booked a bus from delhi to jalandhar and it was confirmed and the seat no also been confirmed but at the time of boarding my name was not in the list and they are asking extra 400rs for ticket and the seat is also worst and the led lights on the seats are not working any the charging port also not working the name of the travel is r.
