[Resolved] Yatra Online / Yatratrip.in — cancellation of train ticket | |
I have booked a train ticket on 08th oct but i didn't get a pnr number and so i want to cancel it now. This is the first time i booked a ticket from this site and was very bad experience... Neither i got any pnr number instead amount was debited from my account and still not refunded... I now request to cancel my booking and refund my amount... My reference number is[protected].. We would like to inform you that we have processed the refund from our end on 08 Oct 2017 for INR 361.00. In case the payment has been made from a private sector bank the refund will take 2-3 working days reflect in your account and for public sector banks the refund will take up to 7 working days.
