[Resolved] Yatra Online / Yatratrip.in — Cancelled hotel booking | |||||
Never ever trust yatra I wrongly trusted yatra and made a hotel booking for my trip where i paid the entire amount upfront (Rs 21158/-) and received a confirmed hotel booking voucher. My yatra refer no is[protected] They are totally unprofessional and a customer unfriendly organisation They send me a hotel voucher with "confirmed" hotel booking mentioned in it - take entire money upfront and sit on it for more than 3 weeks and then suddenly unceremoniously and without hint of regret or apology at the immense inconvenience, harassment and financial loss caused to the customer due to their gross incompetence, they cancel the booking unilaterally and initiate refund for money charged. All the customer desired was peace of mind and the assurance of secure booking based on which he made his travel plans There is no attempt at assuaging the aggrieved customer whose travel plans have been severely and adversely affected at this totally unprofessional manner of yatra I appeal to all customers never to trust this company and to blacklist it. 1) the voucher sent on the day i made my booking on 17th march 2017 where it is clearly mentioned confirmed 2) and the message i suddenly received after more than three weeks (12 th april) that they are cancelling my "confirmed" booking as no room is available at the hotel on those days 3) and trusting yatra i had booked my air tickets once i got my hotel confirmation for those dates from yatra Now who is responsible for this gross incompetence??? Our team tried to suggest you alternate options. However, you opted to process full refund. With your consent we have processed full refund on 12 Apr 2017. Your bank may take 2-5 working days to credit it into your account. We have taken up a serious note & feedback has been shared with the concerned team for further improvement. However, again we request that kindly treat this as an isolated case and rest assured you would never have this kind of experience in future.
