[Resolved] Yatra Online / Yatratrip.in — cheating by yatra asking for extra money | |||||
I booked my flight ticket from venice to delhi by aeroflot today 12 october 2017. Booking reference number-[protected]. The price it was showing on screen was 29, 595 inr after ecash redemption it was 29, 301 inr. I paid the amount and then it showed that my ticket is not confirmed. I wrote several emails and messages and also complained through the online chat. They told me while you were paying the fare increased but i checked after my payment fare was same on their website. They changed the rates after i paid and they are asking me more money now. This is really bad, i always use yatra for all bookings and these things happen with me. Their representatives are fooling around with me. They are telling me to pay extra. It has caused me so much inconvenience. All the flight fares have gone up now. Who is responsible for this money. I have no money in my account to pay. How will i book the tickets? You people are just cheating customers. Was this information helpful? | |||||
