[Resolved] Yatra Online / Yatratrip.in — customer support worst | |||
Hi sir/madam, I have never seen such a worst customer service provide to customer. I have called 4-5 times first they make you wait saying sir we will be back in 2min with information but they take more then 10 min or disconnect your call and when you can next time again process start from beginning and now when i opted out for chat service because i m fed up with call, here also in middle of chat the person goes offline. Why do you keep such customer support? I am done with yatra and i usually do all bookings for all my employee company trips from your site but now i am not going to use your site. Enough is enough.
