I had booked a honeymoon trip from yatra for simple himachal group package. As per customer care they told me no one adjust during journey but when journey started two couples already sitted in innova no space for sit couple and honeymoon inclusion include on extra pay in package provide on 3rd june but hotiler not provide any service and company denied for refund.
