Yatra Online / Yatratrip.in — Double booking due to yatra app issue payment got deducted twice | |||
I tried to book hotel on yatra app but due to issue with payment failure i didn't receive booking confirmation due to that i tried to book again but then it booked twice. My Payment deducted twice and i informed them immediately through email but they are refunding the amount for one booking. they are behaving like a chor comapny.
