[Resolved] Yatra Online / Yatratrip.in — flight booking not confirmed through yatra | |||||
Booking a flight through yatra.com, payment was made on the booking however we did not receive booking reference/pnr number. Yatra executives are saying they are not liable and issue rests with airline. They are refusing to pay the amount paid and said if we need to rebook the flight then we need to pay difference of the fare. As a complaint, i want to register yatra.com for fraudulent behavior/cheating and lack of responsibility. I booked the flight from yatra website and they should be liable for it. If they have any issues then they should sort it out with the airline and do notr put this on the customer. Was this information helpful? | |||||

I a a regular yatra customer, have booked plenty of tickets in last 2 years through yatra but after this horrible experience, i will never use yatra and complain
