[Resolved] Yatra Online / Yatratrip.in — flight refund issue

I booked flight from yatra.com due to covid-19 my flight got cancelled from airline side. After cancellations i talked to airline and they settled the amount from airline side to yatra on around 12th april. But still i didn't get my refund from yatra. I raised issue many time but not get any valuable response. They mentioned after 30 days you will get refund but not they are not on there words and i am unable to contact with yatra also and when i cancelled my booking from yatra also it is showing they will contact after 48 hrs and it's completed more then 1 month bt no contact +1 photos Was this information helpful?
