Yatra Online / Yatratrip.in — Flight ticket not booked but payment deducted

I tried to book flight ticket on 12th December, 2022 but upi payment successful and debited from my account and ticket not confirmed. I am attaching the phone pe transaction status but I didn't receive any notification from Yatra whether booking is confirmed/unconfirmed or failed.
Please look towards the situation and refund the amount as soon as possible if ticket isn't booked.

Hi, Greetings from Yatra.com! We would like to inform you that we have forwarded the request to initiate the refund of INR 8865 for your booking. Yatra takes 24-48 working hours to process the refund. Further, private sector banks may take 2-3 working days and public sector banks may take up to 7 working days to credit the amount into your account. Regards, Yatra Care
