Its been 15 days since i claimed my refund and i have not received any strong respond from Yatra. The company kept on delaying my refund with the statement that “ we shall process your refund in 24 hours “ Very poor customer service. You have been disappointing the customer. I also got a refund receipt. But still never got the refund. Receipt No. :REC2306/17658049 booking reference number:[protected] Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)
