Dear yatra,
Its a bad experience for me to make a online booking with you this time under booking reference number[protected]. As i booked a round trip on[protected] and due to some technical reason flight has been cancelled by the jet airways. As per the law u have to refund my complete amount of fare but instead to refund the full amount you just refunded (4912) / 5200.

I get the transaction reference number from my bank i. E (Vt 190650075000010901674) through which u refunded....

Hence i requested you to refund my full amount

Thank you for being on call, as discussed with you from our end we have refunded the complete refund of INR 5112 from our end on 03rd March, 19. We have also sent you the invoice against the same on your email ID. Request you to please refer the same and cross check with your respective bank.
