[Resolved] Yatra Online / Yatratrip.in — Hotel Booking | |||||
I have book hotel in Daman Booking ref no #[protected]. Hotel Silver Sand Beach Resort. The hotel is not taking any booking from Yatra since past one month but it's still reflecting on the website. I spoke to Asma first on 16th Feb, 2017 informing her about the situation she said the situation is been resolved and I will get the booking. The next day I contacted the hotel they are still not taking the booking. I called Yatra again this time horrible rep Rajni Sharma is handling the situation and not providing any resolution only delaying since morning.
