[Resolved] Yatra Online / Yatratrip.in — Hotel booking failed - refund pending | |||
I was booking hotel through " Yatra APP " on 8th March and first booking of the hotel was successful but due to error, my second hotel booking was not successful and the amount was deducted from my credit card. An Amount of Rs 877 was deducted from credit card ending with " 0850 " but no booking confirmation came. I tried re-booking for third time and now its successful. So please refund my second booking amount of Rs 877 which was not successful. I have attached screenshot of my credit card bill. I tried calling hotel customer care and I am not able to connect to them. Was this information helpful? | |||
Mar 22, 2017 Complaint marked as Resolved Issue resolved - Got call & mail from them as the amount has been refunded. I have received the same in my account. Yatra Online / YatraTrip.in customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
