[Resolved] Yatra Online / Yatratrip.in — hotel booking fraud | |||||
I have booked for an hotel on yatra. The details provided by them on their website are purley false.. I have booked the hotel name "akshya grand' which says fab property on their screen's on vijayawada, but upon reaching it's just a dormatory and not an fab hotel... Which leading me to loss of stay... On contacting the fab hotels they have said that its not our property and we dont have any property in vijayawada on the name"akshya grand". The customer care does not work and even contacted they simply keep you on hold and not resolving it. Was this information helpful? | |||||
