Booked one hotel in hampi from dec 23 to 25 dec 2017
Reservation made on 02.12.2017
Received confirmation voucher from yatra
On 05.12.2017 received a call from yatra when the cce stated that karnataka govt has banned hotel bookings in and around hampi
They cancelled the booking and initiated refund

No such ban was imposed by govt
Later on chat, yatra people told that the contract with hotel has expired
On email they stated that hotel refused to honour booking

The company assured to provide 1000/- extra on submission of bill from our end. We did visited Hampi that too on an exorbitant cost but never claimed 1000/- from Yatra for an extra cost of around 10000/- can not be compensated by 1000/- We are not dependent on yatra for such meagre amount An alternate accomodation might have saved the cost.

Updated by Ankursaxena1234567 I want alternate arrangement immediately without any additional cost one me.
Had customer cancelled the booking, yatra would have charged huge cancellation fee, but here they have spoiled entire program and just rubbing off their hands as if they are nit at fault
You keep the customer in dark and do not even bother to check when is the contract with hotel expiring?
