Sir, i have booked one room in munnar heavens through yatra.com for one day on 20.5.17 to 21.5.17. Now i have reached munnar with my family. But hotel management refused to allot room. If payment has been made from a private bank, it will reflect in the same account within 48 working hrs and if payment has been made from nationalized bank, it will take up to 7 working days for the credit to reflect in your account.
