Sir, i have booked one room in munnar heavens through yatra.com for one day on 20.5.17 to 21.5.17. Now i have reached munnar with my family. But hotel management refused to allot room. Also your yatra support them also not responding. My yatra reference number is[protected]. My phone number is [protected]. My email address is sarath pot @gmail.com. This is very bad on your part. Booking is cancelled as per your request and we have processed full refund to you. Yatra.Com takes 24 hrs to initiate the refund. If payment has been made from a private bank, it will reflect in the same account within 48 working hrs and if payment has been made from nationalized bank, it will take up to 7 working days for the credit to reflect in your account.
