Hello, i have booked two tickets with booking numbers[protected],[protected]. But when i enquired the cancellation charges the charges were higher than the price of tickets itself and even for refundable ticket you are saying i am not entitled for even a single penny dont you think this is sort of cheating to the customers. Would like to share with you that cancellation charges depends on the Airline fare rules. And, refundable means post charging the cancellation amount remaining refund will be refund to passenger. Refund amount depends on the cancellation charges and cost of the ticket. Cancellation charges information is display on Yatra website at fare rules option before the confirmation of the booking. Once a booking is confirmed changes and cancellation can be done as per the policy which is shared with customer before confirmation of the booking. As soon as the booking is confirmed control goes into airlines end as per their policy. Hence, we would request you to kindly check the same. [protected] this is the number from which i got a call he said he is a yatra executive and told me cancel the ticket i will get 95% refund and one more thing i need the taxes and booking charges back otherwise what is the use of refundable ticket then dont make customer fool by writing refundable.
