Yatra Online / Yatratrip.in — Money debited but ticket not booked and refund not coming since 2 days

I am writing to bring to your attention an issue I faced while booking a flight from Kolkata to Bangalore through the Yatra app. On 15th April, I booked the flight and paid the amount via Paytm app, but unfortunately, the ticket was not booked. However, the amount got debited from my account.

The reference ID for the transaction is[protected]. I am disappointed that despite making the payment, my ticket was not booked, and I was left stranded. I have been a loyal customer of Yatra for a long time, and I believe that such issues can be resolved with ease.

I kindly request you to refund the amount as soon as possible to the same account from where the payment was made. I hope that this issue can be resolved quickly, and I can continue to rely on Yatra for all my travel needs.
