[Resolved] Yatra Online / Yatratrip.in — money deduct but booking not complete

I was trying to book a domestic flight and and after payment, it showed "oops" and my booking was cancelled and money was deducted.

Now i am stuck as there is no way to contact you guys as all the calls at automated, no one is responding and there is literally option to resolve this issue.

Somehow i believe it's intended from your part, scamming people.
Resolve this asap!

To whomever it may concern, I was trying to book my ticket from Chandigarh to Pathankot, and made my payment through UPI. However, even though my payment was done and money debited, the ticket was not book. I’d hereby like to get the refund for the money debited.
