[Resolved] Yatra Online / Yatratrip.in — money deducted but not refunded for declined transaction

Actually i tried to book air tickets on 01/09/2018 from ranchi to delhi. The first transaction was declined, and that was of amount rs.2749/-. The air ticket was not booked though. And again i booked a ticket and the ticket was booked successfully by this time, but the amount was charged agin for this transaction. So there was a call from yatra stating that they would refund me the amount of first transaction due to it was declined for some reason. But still there is no refund in my account and no mail no calls from yatra team. Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)

As per our record full refund of INR 2749.00 has been processed from our end on 4th Oct 2018 in the same mode of payment. Please note if payment has been made from a private bank, it will reflect in the same account within 2 to 3 working days and if payment has been made from public sector bank, it will take up to 7 working days for the credit to reflect in your account.
