I tried to book flight ticket from Yatra.com on 14th Dec, however due to some technical issue the ticket booking was unsuccessful, and the amount got debited from my sbi bank. I tried chasing Yatra bus booking team many a times but no use. I request this problem to be reached out to Yatra team by consumer complaint means, so that they resolve this out asap. Thank you for your patience, as checked and found that your amount of INR 8169/- was auto-refunded from our end on 14 Dec 2022 in the same mode of payment, Further, the private sector banks may take 2-3 working days and public sector banks may take 5-7 working days to credit the amount into your account.
