[Resolved] Yatra Online / Yatratrip.in — no air ticket after completion of payment

I have booked an online international air ticket from yatra.com
I made online payment of 37296 INR

After completion of payment
I still have not been issued a valid ticket.

Yatra.com replied saying that payment is ok but ticket could not be issued and conformed.

They informed me that customer care will call me within 3 hours

Nobody called

No emails

I wrote 3 email asking Yatra for cancellation of booking snd refund

No reply from Yatra.com

I think yatra has cheated me big time.

Updated by Peterdsa1 I'm shocked to know that after I did a confirmed booking and made the payment online.on yatra.com. I got a invalid ticket without any pnr or confirmation .

As I could not take a risk on my travel, I have purchased a new ticket for my same travel though an agent.

I now request immediate cancellation of my invalid ticket you sent me and refund of my payment of 37296, I have payed online.

Nobody from Yatra has called me or replied to my complaint regarding my invalid ticket and refund

Although When I had made the payment .. Yatra.com accepted the payment and said that my ticket could not be confirmed and I will get a call within 3 hours from customer care.

Almost 10 hours now

Written 3 official complaint to yatra customer care

No reply snd no call from Yatra.com

We regret the inconvenience caused to you. As checked full refund of INR 37296.00 has been processed from our end in the same mode of payment on 13th Nov 2018. Please not if payment has been made from a private bank, it will reflect in the same account within 2 to 3 working days and if payment has been made from public sector bank, it will take up to 7 working days for the credit to reflect in your account.
