[Resolved]  Yatra Online / Yatratrip.in — No refund received after hotel cancellation

I booked a hotel for two days at Munnar, Kerala.. after cancellation no refund received to my wallet. I tried to call customer care but no response. I have to book hotel in another day, pls refund soon

We would like to inform you that a refund of INR 3389.00 for your booking has been processed on 14th Sep 2022.

Further, the private sector banks may take 2-3 working days and public sector banks may take 5-7 working days to credit the amount into your account

I got my refund.. really appreciate Yatra . Actual instead of refunding in ecash they send money direct to my account.. so not able to check it back.. But really gr8 work, keep it up yatra
