Complaint id - YA:3085964 Hi, I booked a hotel on 27th March 2017 on yatra.com. The money is deducted from my bank account but no confirmation on hotel booking. No reference number found or generated. Please update me as soon as possible. I raised complaint but its 48 hours and no update on my complaint. Customer care not picking the call.
