[Resolved] Yatra Online / Yatratrip.in — no update on refund requested | |
Very disappointed with the kind of service that i have received from yatra.com with regards to my refund. Even after yatra letting me know on january 28 that my refund has been initiated and will receive the same in 15 - 20 working days, it has been more than 1.5 months and there is no sight of my funds in my account. After constantly calling yatra guys, there has not been a resolution to this issue and now on march 3rd, i am being told that the refund is stuck with finance processing team and will reflect in my account in 15 -20 working days. Today when i called to check the status, again i am receiving the same standard answers from their end when all i request from yatra end is a proof that my payment has been initiated and will reflect in my account in 15-20 days.
