[Resolved] Yatra Online / Yatratrip.in — not able to convert cash to coupons | |||||
I have an yatra account. I use yatra on phone through app. I have ecash amount of 12800rs The cash is redeemeble cash which expires in 7 days I am not able to convert the cash to cupons. And not able to transfer the cash When i click on cupons option i get tags of all cupons but the scree is translusent and i cannot buy any of them. And at top of page there is message saying convertable ecash is 0 though cash is 12800 I wanted to buy cupons I will add some images of that page refer them and call as soon as possible I am not able to use ecash in any mannar React as soon as possible Was this information helpful? | |||||
