[Resolved]  Yatra Online / Yatratrip.in — not crediting the refund amount despite of several followups

I along with my other two friends (Gaurav and Pandian) have booked a flight from Hyderabad to Chennai to travel on Oct 06, 2018. But due to other priorities we have cancelled these tickets which were booked through Yatra app. Reference number:[protected].
The flight carrier was True jet and they have sent a mail immeidately mentioning that the Rs. 3297 is credited to Yatra.
Now Yatra as per their terms should refund me Rs. 2097 after deducting their cancellation charges which is Rs. 400X3 = Rs. 1200. I have been rigorously following up for the same but I have not received this amount till date.
Everytime I call the customer care they take about 15 minutes to understand the case itself and after dilly dally they just hangup saying it will be processed within 7 working days. Imagine what kind of frustating experience it would be to remain on call for about 20-30 minutes in our busy schedule.
I felt harrased and immense waste of time for which I see financial penality from Yatra.
I really had a disgusting and choking exprience with Yatra.
Further there are no mail ids mentioned in the website to write our concerns - its quite surprising.
