I had recently book flight tickets on yatra.com on 13th july 2020 and my date of journey was 8th august 2020 but on 23th july airlines cancelled my air tickets due to covid-19 and refunded full amount of 15660 towards yatra.com but when my tickets was cancelled then yatra sent an e mail where they shows only 1276 rupees of rufund towards to me.. It is not fare, if airlines send full amount towards yatra then it is their responsibility to send my full amount.. So please send my full amount, i am very poor, i cant afford to book other flight... Was this information helpful? | |||||
