I had got online hotel booking at darjeeling done through yatra.com vide reference no.[protected] and hotel confirmation no. Yat[protected] on 19th may, 17 for four days wef 18th june, 17 to 22nd june, 17. Due to some reasons i want get my period of stay reduced for two days ie from 18th june, 17 to 20th june, 17 and tried to contact your customer consultants for number of times on customer care no [protected] but except computerised recording stating"all executives are busy in attending other customers call" and holding on for along time i could not succeed to get connected with any consultant. I look forward to seek your advice for getting my period of stay modified and getting refund of my balance amount. An early response is solicited.
