I booked a flight ticket from DEL to COK on 2nd April’23. After the complete payment transaction of (INR 7, 592). Page stuck and I have not received PNR No. I tried to call yatra customer care many times but no call connected as they said I haven’t booked any ticket and also send mails but haven’t received any reply. I have taken a screenshot where the page stuck, I kindly request you to refund my hard earned money. I want my a confirmation on refund today.
