[Resolved] Yatra Online / Yatratrip.in — payment done. ticket booking not confirmed

I booked flight tickets from bangalore to ahmedabad and from ahmedabad to bangalore on 17th september 2018. I got a message saying your booking has not been confirmed. If booking has not been confirmed then why amount was deducted. Without confirmation they are accepting payment as a strategy that customer will not be able to book tickets via another service provider / travel agent. Please refund the amount i paid i. E. If payment has been made from a private bank, it will reflect in the same account within 2 to 3 working days and if payment has been made from public sector bank, it will take up to 7 working days for the credit to reflect in your account.
