Good afternoon Sir/Ma'am I had booked tickets from NDLS to SVDK on 5th December 2016 by yatra.com online facility...after that the tickets was not confirmed and not even the amount refunded to my bank...after 15mins i got a message from your side that the amount will be refunded in 5 to 7 working days ..reference no. is[protected] but still today the amount is not refunded ...i need a resolution soon as possible by you ...its already been one and half ago i didn't found any solution not any message from your side...
