I made the above mentioned booking for my stay at the hotel in Udaipur amounting Rs. 6334/- using my debit card.
Due to some unavoidable circumstances, I had to cancel the same.
The cancellation was made within the time limit in which I was eligible for full refund.
Since the time I have cancelled my booking, I have received only the mail stating that your booking has been cancelled but they have not informed anything about refund.
I have raised complaint online twice but they are not responding to that as well. I also tried calling their customer care number but they are not picking up a single call. Was this information helpful? |
