I have booked 3 tickets from vtz-tir on 21st oct.2018 in ai-9527. You people have cancelled the flight by telling common reason like "technical problem" and assured full refund. I have raised refund claim and you people informed me that, it will take 15 days to get refund. Its been 23 days, i dint get any refund amount. Pls kindly work on this and refund my amount.
