[Resolved]  Yatra Online / Yatratrip.in — Refund amount not received even after airlines has provided the refund amount

I have booked my round trip flight from Hyderabad to Andaman in May 2021 in Yatra app. The PNR is SR5P0H. I have not taken the flight and the airlines has provided the refund. I have claimed the refund amount in the app on June 2nd 2022 but the Yatra team is not crediting the amount to my bank account even after several mails. Everytime, they mail me the refund is processed but their is no refund from their side. The booking Ref No. is[protected]. Please resolve the issue

On the email thread, I have been receiving mails that my refund will be processed but I didn't receive the refund till now. Are you willing to provide me refund or not
