[Resolved] Yatra Online / Yatratrip.in — refund claim for booking reference number[protected]

Hello Team,
This is in regards to my booking reference number[protected], which I have cancelled this morning. My refund was supposed to be INR 2205 as per an email from yatra and also IRCTC. But later refund status email says that only 1280 INR will be refunded to my account. Can you please check and confirm that right amount gets refunded.

Updated by romagupta1990 Similar with my booking reference number[protected] was cancelled successfully and the refund amount of INR 7680 was supposed to be credited to my account. But later refund status email says that only 4930 INR will be refunded to my account. Can you please check and confirm that right amount gets refunded.

As checked refund of INR 1280.00 was processed from our end on 12th March 2019 and balance refund of INR 925.00 was processed from our end on 13th March 2019. Hence total refund of INR 2205.00 has been processed from our end in your same mode of payment. Please note if payment has been made from a private bank, it will reflect in the same account within 2 to 3 working days and if payment has been made from public sector bank, it will take up to 7 working days for the credit to reflect in your account.
