Yatra Online / Yatratrip.in — Refund not initited and now trying to cheat with less amount | |
My refund was initiated 50 days back with reference number[protected] and i was supposed to get INR 3948 and I waited 40 days for this and didn't get the refund.. Again I complained and now they have initited INR 1752 ... So what are u guys doing.. Making customer wait for 50 days and then cheat them.. I have proofs for everything where ur customer care has sent me an email regarding the amount of refund.. This is kind of cheating guys.. Will never book anything from yatra moving forward... You guys cheat people like anything THIS IS MY HARD EARNED MONEY !!!
