This is my 2nd complaint I have been complaining again as if I have booked a hotel on 4 of August 2022. My money of amount 1412 have been deducted from my account but I don't got any confirmation regarding booking and my money not refunded in my account. I have mail in yatra.com regarding this they told me that they refund money on 18 August 2022 and if my refund don't credit in my account talk to my bank branch. And I contacted to bank no money have been credited in my account. They don't even reply me after that. If they don't give my money back tell me directly.

We would request you to contact the grievance cell of your Bank through which the payment was done to Yatra.com. Please provide them with the above-mentioned number to check the refund status.
