April 15th 2022 - We were informed via email by yatra that (reference number[protected] our flight from Kuala Lumpur to Bali has been cancelled by the airline and they do not have any other option available as per our travel requirements. Since this was an airline initiated action they recommended that we can choose to get a refund.
April 16th 2022 - We responded to the email that since one of the sectors was cancelled by the airline and since there were no options provided by Yatra we would like a full cancellation. Also we proceeded to cancel our entire trip given no flight options were available.
April 24th 2022 - Between the 2 dates we continued to follow with Yatra for a refund. After multiple follow-ups they informed us that they were waiting for a airlines confirmation.
April 26th 2022 - They informed us that airlines is now offering an alternative flight and inspite of repeatedly informing Yatra from the outset that we have cancelled our bookings they still insist on offering us an alternative flight. We have asked for a full refund based on the initial email sent to us by Yatra.

Our simple ask if for a refund of the amount that Yatra owes to us. Appreciate if this can be expedited at the earliest.
